Support › Unlimited Carousel – Update Not Loading

We are getting the following error when we try to run the plugin update for this item:

Update Failed: The directory structure of the update is incorrect. All plugin files should be inside a directory named unlimited-logo-carousel, not at the root of the ZIP file.

Please advise.
