I am currently using the the Hamzahshop theme with no issues. I purchased the hamzahpro version. However, when i activate the pro theme, i get server error 500. how do i fix this?

Thanks for connecting us.. please make sure you have meet wp requirement (  https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/ )
And install vai ftp ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nVStAoODN4U )
