Product variable images not loading

Hi,
I just purchased the plugin pro version. However, the product variable images are not loading. I’m having a 3 attribute : Model, Color, Backplate. Upon clicking Iphone X, Black, Black marble backplate, it does not load the images of that variable, instead it shows the main image.

It is able to manage one attribute just fine, but include more than 2 it doesn’t show the images anymore. Can this plugin only handle one attribute????????

I’m using oceanwp theme, and latest wordpress.
