My question was deleted, but I still have the issue. If you’re not able to fix it, just let me know. I’ve tried everything you suggested, sent detailed descriptions, added you as an admin, and still nothing. 
For a refresher on my issue, the category heading is showing up on the Posts Hero Block even though I have the show category box unchecked.

We have fixed the issue and released new version ! please update your copy . go there ( Wp-admin -> Appearance -> Themes ) then you will auto update button ..

You are tacking support on email that’s why we closed your ticket
