I’ve checked other questions on this forum and the reply is to “Check your email.we sent download link. Please download and remove free version then install pro version. No worries you will not lost any data..” … *** I already clicked on the downloads which were downloaded to my Apple Computer. I mentioned “Apple” because sometimes the instructions are different with an Apple. I do not know how to remove the free version, and I do not know how to install the pro version after. Please Help! Thank you so much!

We are not talking about your mac or pc . please check your website if you used any free plugins of our pro plugins then you have to uninstall . learn more ( https://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins ) then you can install the downloaded pro version ..

I am sorry, but I don’t know what you mean. Please forgive me, I have tried pro-version WP themes from other vendors before and it was always a simple process to change to the pro-version. This one seems to require more steps. I read the link you gave me above on how to manage plugins and it advised of Automatic Plugins and Manual Plugins. I don’t think I can do the “Automatic” one, and when I look at the “Manual” one it says stuff that I don’t know what they are talking about? I am so sorry but I am clueless at this point. I really like the theme bunches, but this isn’t something I am familiar with. Is there a way I can get help with installing? … I have to run out and do some errands, so I will be gone for a couple of hours but will check back when I return. Thank you!

Hello, Thank you so much for getting back to me. I looked over the links you sent me, and frankly this is too complex for me. I have a .com WordPress, and not .org, which apparently there are different ways to install the premium depending on which one I have. It is a little embarrassing but I am totally clueless. As I mentioned before, I have gotten upgrades with other Word Press themes in the past and it was so easy to upgrade, but this one is not easy for me. I am so sorry because I really like the theme a lot! I need to request a refund, will you please advise how I go about requesting a refund? Thank you.

Are you using premium of wordpress.com . if you used premium then please send me wp-admin user name and password with site url .. so we can fix the issue ..
