Please advise where to remove the button in the header of what code to add to css if possible

There is not a way to send you a screen shot.  Your consult box is only set up for a source link.  Go to http://www.completesmevideo.com and look at the header where the menu is.  The gray box around the menu cannot be changed to any other color.  Also if you look at the image there is a button.  I took the text out so it is now just a small black button which you can see by the middle door of the picture.

Please let me know how to get rid of the button in the header image of the homepage.  And also changing the header menu bar color.  It’s been 4 days and I gave you my log in info.
