linking menu entries with anchors into the homepage

Hello,
I am using the esd bootstrap 1.0, the pro version. Basically I am modifying the demo content for my own website.
I’ve created new entries into the menu on the top of the homepage. How do I create anchors to different places into the homepage ?
For example, I’ve create a new “about” entry in the menu. so how do I create the anchor to the team section into the homepage ?
