I’ve tested both the free and pro plugins on two different hosts and on different domains with only woocomerce activated in plugins.
While I can drag ‘n drop items in “Create layout elements”, none of the product elements settings work, except for the color pickers – all are greyed out, cannot type into fields, drop down select boxes won’t show choices.
I haven’t gotten any response in the last day and I’m ready to ask for a refund. Also noticed that there is no purchase history here???

NO, it is not resolved.
Your vid is cute, but you never play with the settings for the product elements other than color.
These elements settings DO NOT WORK:
Column Name
Column Width
Title Behavior
Font Family
Font Size
CSS Class
Word Limit

Ah… I can see that you were able to change some of those, so I finally realized I hadn’t tried this in a different BROSWER. I usually use firefox, so I tried Opera, AND IT WORKS. Any idea what the problem with firefox might be? I’m sorry that I didn’t figure that out sooner.

Opera works fine, if\’s FIREFOX that\’s the problem. I disabled all of my addons and still doesn\’t work in firefox. I will keep digging…
