The 2 layer of the sub menu does not displace in mobile version. It only works in desktop version. Any fix can apply?

Hi
Make sure you are using SornaCommerce pro Version: 3.6 .. otherwise go wp-admin-> Appearance -> Themes -> and update latest Version

Hi,
I have re-upload the theme after download it from myAccount again.
The version number is 3.6 in WP—> Appearence.
Problem still cannot be fixed. This issue appeared in Oct 2017 once.

Hi Team,
FYI ! Picture 1: desktop view of Top menu, Picture 2: Mobile View of Top menu (sub menu disappear), Picture 3: My version is 3.7.

Can you please send me ftp and wp-admin user name and password … so we can check everything by uploading default theme …
