My menu was created using the SiteOrigin One Page builder. For some reason, a menu item that I added only works when it stands alone. It does not work when created as a sub-menu item, which is how I prefer it. I contacted SiteOrigin, and they told me this is a theme issue, and that the theme developer would need to fix it.
My public URL is benevolentbookkeeping.com, and the menu item in question is “schedule.” Please let me know what I can do to get it working.

Hi, it’s still not working. If you visit my public site (benevolentbookkeeping.com) and hover over “Contact” in the menu and try to click on “Schedule,” the link does nothing. I have tested the issue in multiple web browsers, and the problem seems to be consistent with all of them. Can you help?

Hi, I just checked the site in multiple browsers, but the menu item “schedule” still doesn’t seem to work. The link does nothing.
