I bought the pro version of Sornam E-commerce theme and installed it on my WordPress. All my data disappeared: my products, strip … everything. I was obliged to remove it and run a backup in order to get my data back. I tried to contact Edatastyle on Skype but I don’t get any response. If it’s not possible to have the theme working and keep all my setup I want to return it and get a refund.
