I get this error every time I try and upload the Pro Plugin. Can you please assist me on what I am suppsosed to. I would like to upload it without losing any work that I have already done on the website.

Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home/btozf1iwd8n1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/unlimited-logo-carousel/
Plugin installation failed.

please remove free verions then try to install pro..

Ok, that will lose all my work on it won’t it?

I deactivated and then deleted the free version. I uploaded the unlimited pro and it is still not showing up as pro inside wordpress, it is still showing up as the free version. Can you please assist.

may be you are uploading same file . please send wp-admin user name and password with site url to our email ( e2getway@gmail.com ) so we can install ..
