What’s the differences between a free download version code and a puchased version code?

I had see the demo here:   https://eds.edatastyle.com/demo/mp-shop/
I like this theme, but when I download it and install in my server, it’s so empty! It doesn’t have the pages in the demo.
How can I get the full code in the demo? Is it must after a payment? Or even after I pay for the theme, I can’t get the code of the demo?
