Hello,
 
I would like to use and download templates from WP Bakery Page Builder, but since it is inside the template I just bought from you it says you need to update your license with them.  Can you help me so that I can begin to download the templates?

Not sure what I\\\’m supposed to delete – the WP Bakery or the entire theme I purchased.  Can you be more specific?

just simply delete the plugins the check here ( https://eds.edatastyle.com/_docs/cs/#!/required_plugins )

Tried that and nothing happened. It took me to webpage that had “installed plugins” listed and when I clicked on it nothing opened up.
